Integral Sliding Wardrobe
Sliding into the future.
Integral approached us, wanting to upgrade an existing 2D sliding door 'product builder' with a brand new 3D configurator, specifying the need for a flexible design to accommodate a comprehensive range of bespoke door sizes.
Full 3D environment.
Integral Surface Designs are a forward thinking brand, after viewing our interactives gallery they had confidence in our developers to craft an appropriate interactive configurator. The challenging task for us was producing an easy-to-use configurator capable of displaying Integral’s full range of sliding doors, but also keeping as much of the environment and interface in 3D as possible. To achieve this the web team developed a method for both the doors and space inside the wardrobes to scale in 3D simultaneously.

Realtime reflections.
To make the experience as realistic as possible we used WebGL technology which provides accurate 3D visuals and transitions along with some clever coding to display real time mirror reflections. With physically correct lighting with physically based materials the configurator also provides an accurate representation of each door finish.

Inhouse interface.
The interactive team also developed a responsive user interface to make configuration on all devices simple and accurate, with sizing by numerical keyboard input or scroll widgets and menu systems for bespoke material selection.
Online pricing, any time, any browser.
Built using the latest WebGL technology the configurator works on all modern browsers and devices and integrates seamlessly into the clients existing website. It’s also linked through an API, providing pricing directly to the user. Once a design is complete the customer can order their bespoke sized wardrobes through the configurator at any time from anywhere.
