For product listings, catalogues and online, consistent images are key. Our CGI silo images deliver flawless cut-out visuals, ensuring every handle and knob is displayed with precision. By using our automated CGI rendering process, we were able to efficiently generate thousands of high-quality handle images, guaranteeing uniformity and enabling rapid, on-demand production.
Automation in action.
At the heart of this project was our cutting-edge automated rendering system, designed to generate photorealistic 360 spinners, silo images, and full 3D scenes, with the camera focused on the product. Baldwin supplied us with CAD files of their hardware, which our expert 3D artists converted to 3D assets and optimised for compatibility, as well as creating precise 3D models from scratch for certain hardware pieces. Before rendering any final images, our team split the hardware into three style groups (modern, traditional and transitional). Basic clay model previews were provided and material packs were developed to allow different finishes to be applied to various component parts. For both indoor and outdoor usage.
To ensure Baldwin’s hardware was showcased in realistic interior settings, our design team created a diverse range of 3D roomsets and door groupings, each styled to complement the three style groups of hardware designs. This data was integrated into our automated system, allowing it to intelligently determine which combinations of doors, colours, and roomsets best suited each hardware product before rendering the final imagery.
Turning concepts into content.
Once approved by Baldwin, our automated system took over, outputting images with predefined parameters. Every render was auto-framed with precise padding, perfectly lit for optimal clarity, and captured at ideal camera angles and aspect ratios based on product dimensions. This level of automation delivers exceptional efficiency, allowing us to produce thousands of images in a fraction of the time required for traditional methods. Our system can render over 1000 roomsets per day, and for Baldwin, we successfully produced around 3000 silo images within just a few hours.

One of the key advantages of our automated system is its adaptability. Once the original setup is complete, it becomes effortless to introduce new product lines, add new finishes, or create additional seasonal images and promotional animation.
